1. Always be respectful (from the lunch lady, all the way to the principal, treat everyone with respect. If you respect others, they will respect you.)
2. Always be organized and prepared (the less time we waste looking for pencils and assignments, the more time we have to learn.)
3. Always say thank you (you really need to appreciate the things others do for you)
4. Be considerate (you are not the only one in the classroom. Please be mindful of others, and their feelings.)
5. Be a friend (help your classmates when they are in need. Remember, you may need their help someday.)
6. Tell the truth (The truth will set you free, a lie will get you detention.)
7. No fighting or bickering (you may not always agree with the person, but there is ALWAYS a peaceful solution.)
8. Use your manners ( saying things like “excuse me”, “yes sir”, and “please” are all ways to show your good manners.)
9. Learn to listen and not just to hear (Listen carefully to what your teachers and parents tell you. You might be missing out on something good.)
10. Think carefully before you act or speak (You just might save yourself a call home or a trip to the principal’s office.)
11. Always give your best (if you give your best effort in everything you do, you will never regret anything.)
